Everyday This 'n' That...

I thought it was about time I got a card posted...  Sorry but i've been totally engrossed with the new 'This 'n' That' book by Stampin' Up!  It's like a scrapbook, but it comes as a spiral bound notebook, complete with patterned paper pages etc.

Anyway today's card will be for my son's SENCo at school, as she has dedicated so much time and effort for him during this last school year.

Twiterpated Butterfly...

Thought I would try something a little different for this weeks card and make use of some of my massive stash of Designer Series Papers.  Therefore I have decided to use the 'Twitterpated' designer papers to make this card and co-ordinated them with the elegant Butterfly Punch, which I think I have fallen in love with..

I've been so busy over the last few days, firstly I got a little carried away with my raffle prize from saturday's training, which I will use to store my Stampin' Up! catalogue's and other goodies.  So I thought I had better get this post done quick!!  Wow I cannot believe how quick this week has gone...  Here is a card that I have made using the lovely 'Birds of a Feather' Designer Papers.

I've been busy this week making 30 cards to swap at team training this week, but I just wanted to pop by first and show you all the swap card I have made.  We have been asked to make a masculine card as the theme for the day is going to male orientated, especially with Father's Day coming up in the coming months (and tons of male birthday's in my family). 

Below is a card that I have made which could be used either for my dad's birthday or for Father's Day  which are both in June.

British Summer Time

Now that we are officailly in British Summer Time (not that you would know it, with winter temperatures that we usually have back in January, not April).  I wanted to make a nice bright card to cheer everyone up...

Easter Sunday

I wanted to keep things simple for Easter this year, but sometimes i find this can be quite difficult...  In the end I managed to create a card and candy box using the Flock Together stamp set and the beautiful Birds of a Feather designer series papers. 

For the inside of the card I have used crumb cake ink to stamp the 'Happy Easter' sentiment and some small chicks towards the bottom right of the card.

Good Friday

In rememberance of Jesus who was the perfect sacrifice, nailed to the cross bearing all our sins so that we may receive his wonderful gift of eternal life.  To celebrate Good Friday I have made a co-ordinating card and relaxing lavender bag.
