Scotish Highlands & Jubilee Celebrations

Sorry i've not posted anything during the last couple of weeks, i've been so busy first of all I arranged my entire wedding within 4 hours on Monday and then we all headed off to the Scottish Highlands for a break...

Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins during our visit so i've posted a couple of pics from Fort George near Inverness, which is on the same coast

This is still an active base - unfortunately the cannons are no longer in working order!!!

Now it's back to 'Boring Blackpool' and I have finalised everything for the 'Big Day' apart from the odd minor thing or two...  My Stampin' Up! order should be here sometime tomorrow so I can get on with designing my invites and thought of no better way to get back into the swing of things by entering into a challenge...

Jubilee Celebrations

So I decided to participate in this weeks Pals Paper Arts Colour Challenge (PPA136) & Simply Stampin' Challenge, which is to create a card with the theme of 'Regally Royal', well with the Queens Jubilee Celebrations which came to a close on Tuesday i could think of nothing better...

Stampin' Up! Products used:-

Cardstock - Night of Navy, Real Red & Whisper White

I have so enjoyed watching the celebrations on TV for the Queen's jubilee! Your card is sweet! And I spent a whole summer at the Queen's Hotel in Blackpool many years ago - is it still there? I would love to see a picture!
